What is SUACE:
The Unified System for Opening and Closing Companies (SUACE) is an initiative of the Government of Paraguay that centralizes the procedures needed to incorporate a company and access the permanent residency by investment regime. It is aimed at investors and entrepreneurs who wish to develop a business project in Paraguay.

Specific requirements:
- Remain in Paraguay for approximately 15 days to complete the process.
- Submit an investment plan or business plan.
- Provide the documentation supporting the investment.
- Obtain the Investor Certificate issued by SUACE.

Before the trip
- Personalized initial consultation.
- Document list tailored to your nationality.
- Review and pre-approval of all documentation before the trip.
- Official translations in Paraguay when necessary.
During your stay
- Coordination of transfers during official procedures.
- In-person support during appointments with the competent authorities.
- End-to-end handling of permanent residency by investment.
- Incorporation of a Simplified Joint-Stock Company (EAS).
SUACE and investment management
- Drafting and coordination of the investment plan required by SUACE.
- Coordination of the documentation supporting the investment.
- Obtaining the Investor Certificate issued by SUACE.
- Preparation of the power of attorney, copies and authentications required.
After the procedure
- Continuous follow-up until the Paraguayan ID card is issued.
- Opening of the Taxpayer Registry (RUC).
- Personalized service in several languages throughout the process.
- Delivery of the ID card in Paraguay or coordination of international shipping (courier not included).
