Full timeline

  1. First contact:

    We learn about your case on a video call or over WhatsApp and explain the full process.

  2. Document preparation:

    We send you a personalized list based on your nationality and review all documentation before your trip.

  3. Advance preparation:

    Whenever possible, we coordinate translations and get the necessary procedures underway so that your stay in Paraguay is as efficient as possible.

  4. Arrival in Asunción:

    Airport pickup. Briefing for the week.

  5. Day 1:

    We coordinate your arrival, receive the original documents and prepare all the documentation needed to begin the process.

  6. Days 2 and 3:

    While you enjoy your stay in Asunción, we handle the required Paraguayan documentation for your application, including the police records check (Informática), Interpol and the Certificate of Life and Residence.

  7. Days 4 and 5:

    We accompany you to the scheduled appointments before the competent authorities to complete your residency application. At the end of this stage, your application is officially filed, your provisional residence is issued and the final payment for the service is completed.

  8. Tracking your case:

    Even after you have returned to your country, we continue to follow up on your application and keep you informed of every development.

  9. Issuance of the ID card:

    Once issued, we coordinate its delivery in Paraguay or by international courier, according to your preference.

  10. RUC registration:

    As part of our package, we handle the opening of your Taxpayer Registry (RUC) once your Paraguayan ID card has been issued.

  11. Tax classification (optional):

    If you contracted our tax advisory service, we begin the tax classification process before the DNIT, according to your particular situation.

Before traveling you will need the following documents:

  • Valid passport.

  • Apostilled or legalized birth certificate, as applicable.

  • Apostilled or legalized criminal record certificate, issued by the country or countries where you have resided over the past three years.

  • Apostilled or legalized marital status certificate, when applicable.

  • Passport-style photograph.

  • Official Spanish translation when applicable (not required for documents issued in Brazilian Portuguese).
